How can we manage the return to the office or factory after working from home or short-time work due to the coronavirus crisis? To answer this question, DEKRA experts are starting a mini study with an expert workshop. The objective is to gain insights for employers with regard to occupational safety, mental health, and wellbeing.
The focus of the survey is on how employees felt working from home because of the coronavirus crisis and how the return to the workplace should be managed. The questions address topics such as leadership, psychological stress, self-organization, and work processes. The mini study is being carried out in several countries in the English language and is being supervised and evaluated by DEKRA experts for occupational safety and labor organization
The survey takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete and is aimed at anyone in or looking for gainful employment: Self-employed people, short-time workers, full-time and part-time employees, managers, salaried employees, laborers, and the unemployed. The survey is anonymous.
