After a break due to the pandemic, the Automotive Testing Expo Europe will be making its comeback in Stuttgart, Germany, from 21 to 23 June. Along with its sister shows in the United States and Asia, it is the leading international exhibition for automotive testing, development, and validation technologies. As one of the leading international testing service providers, DEKRA will be back at the trade show in Stuttgart this year.

The highlight of DEKRA’s appearance at the Automotive Testing Expo (Hall 8, Booth 8134) is an interactive 3D model of the state-of-the-art test tracks at the DEKRA Lausitzring. DEKRA acquired the racetrack in November 2017 and it is now part of Europe’s largest manufacturer-independent inspection and testing center for automated and connected driving.
The ADAS & Autonomous Vehicle Technology Expo will be running parallel to the Automotive Testing Expo at the Messe Stuttgart exhibition center. And DEKRA will be there to provide a specialist presentation. As part of the conference program on the third day of the event, Thomas Jäger (Senior Vice President and Head of Technical Service Management in the Product Testing Service Division at DEKRA) will speak about the latest developments in V2X technology and the current regulatory and certification situation. He will also discuss the testing requirements associated with connected and automated driving.
